   – Leave a copy of your itinerary with family or friends at home so that you can be contacted in case of an       emergency.

   – Never leave your luggage unattended in public areas. Do not accept packages from strangers.

   – Very useful information: Please notify / register with the embassy of your country in the country you're       traveling, if you wish to stay for more than two weeks. This is helpful if someone contacts the embassy       looking for you.

   – Make sure you avoid being a target of crime. Avoid wearing conspicuous clothing and expensive       jewelry.    Do not carry excessive amounts of money or unnecessarycredit cards.

When you supply us with your credit card, we pass that number to the hotel. Your hotel reservation will be held until the date and time you indicated that you would check in. If you cancel your trip or decide to stay elsewhere, you must cancel your hotel reservation or the hotel may impose a "no-show" charge.

Can I use a credit card with an international billing address?
Yes! Now, if you have a credit card with a billing address outside Canada you can use it to book hotel and rental car reservations. When entering your international billing address be sure to click "Non Canada billing address" to enable the international billing address format. At this time, you will not be able to book flights with your non Canada credit card.

How will my flight tickets be delivered?
All tickets are delivered via courier, with a signature required. In the event that you are not available at the delivery address provided, a card may be left for you with instructions. Please allow 7 business days for delivery. Should your departure date be within 7 business days, please allow 2 business days for delivery. Tickets will only be delivered to Canadian addresses
